Available Positions:

There are four (4) vacancies for the role of Deputy Director (Faculty) in the following subjects:

  • Public Administration

  • Law and Constitutional Law

  • Financial Management

  • Rules & Procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be officers from the State Government, Union Territories, Central Government, or recognized Universities, Institutions, or Semi-Government organizations. The following conditions apply:

  1. Current Employment Status:

    • Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre/organization.

    • Or having at least five (5) years of regular service in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix.

  2. Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant sector from a recognized university.

  3. Experience:

    • Candidates must have teaching experience in their respective subjects.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Pay Level: Rs. 67,700 - 2,08,700 (Level-11 in the Pay Matrix)

  • Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TLA) as per government norms.

  • The appointment will be on a deputation basis for up to five years.
