The Directorate of Health Services, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, in collaboration with Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute (BBCI), Guwahati, and the State Cancer Society of Arunachal Pradesh (SCSAP), invites eligible candidates to appear for a walk-in-interview for three contractual project-based positions under a Tata Trust-supported research project.

The project titled “Identification of Risk Factors for Risk Stratification of Screening Strategies to Prevent Gastric Cancer” will be implemented at Ziro, Lower Subansiri District, Arunachal Pradesh.

📌 Job Openings & Details

1. Project Nurse

• Number of Vacancies: 01 (One position available)

• Monthly Salary: ₹27,000 (Consolidated)

• Upper Age Limit: 35 years (relaxable in exceptional cases)

• Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing (Registered)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years (Desirable)

2. Project Assistant

• Number of Vacancies: 01 (One position available)

• Monthly Salary: ₹31,000 (Consolidated)

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in relevant science subjects from a recognized university

• Experience:

  • 3 years for Graduate degree holders (Desirable)

  • 1 year for Postgraduate degree holders (Desirable)

3. Project Social Worker

• Number of Vacancies: 01 (One position available)

• Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 (Consolidated)

• Upper Age Limit: 35 years (relaxable in exceptional cases)

• Qualification: MSW or equivalent degree from a recognized university

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in the relevant field

⏳ Duration of Appointment

• Initial contract for 6 months, extendable based on performance until the completion of the project.

• Note: This is a purely temporary role. Candidates will not have any claim for permanent employment under TMC/BBCI/SCSAP or any other project.
