Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet one of the following preferences in individual sports (Boxing):

1. 1st Preference: Represented India at a recognized international competition under a recognized SF/Association.

2. 2nd Preference: Medal winner at a Senior National Championship or Khelo India Games.

3. 3rd Preference: Medal winner at a National All India University Championship.

4. 4th Preference: Represented State in Senior National Championships or participated in Khelo India Games.

• Maximum age limit: 40 years (Relaxation may be provided in deserving cases)

Additional Information

• Tax Deduction: Income tax will be deducted as per government rules. TDS/Service Tax certificates will be issued by the Directorate of Sports.

• Other Allowances: No TA/DA, accommodation, conveyance, medical reimbursement, or other facilities will be provided.

• Leave Policy: 30 days leave per calendar year on a pro-rata basis. Unused leave will not carry forward.

• Contractual Terms: This appointment is purely contractual and does not guarantee permanent employment.

• Performance Review & Extension: The candidate’s performance will be reviewed periodically. 

• Termination Clause: The Directorate of Sports reserves the right to terminate the contract with a 30-day notice if performance is unsatisfactory.
