Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

  • Possess a full-time regular degree/diploma from a recognized institute/university in the relevant field.

  • Have passed their final examination within two years from the closing date of application (07.10.2023 to 06.10.2025).

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of application.

  • Be medically fit as per the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Note: Candidates awaiting results, holding part-time/distance qualifications, or with more than one year of job experience are not eligible.

Stipend Details

Selected apprentices will receive the following monthly stipend:

Trade Monthly Stipend
Diploma (Electrical/Civil) ₹15,000 + Additional ₹2,500 (if no accommodation is provided)
Graduate (Electrical/Civil/Electronics/Telecom) ₹17,500 + Additional ₹2,500 (if no accommodation is provided)
HR Executive, CSR Executive, Law Executive, Rajbhasha Assistant ₹17,500 + Additional ₹2,500 (if no accommodation is provided)

Additionally, the Government of India provides a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) of ₹4,000 for diploma apprentices and ₹4,500 for graduate apprentices under the NATS scheme.

Training Locations

Apprenticeship training will be provided at multiple locations across the North Eastern Region including Itanagar, Guwahati, Imphal, Shillong, Aizawl, Dimapur, Agartala, Tawang, Pasighat, Tezu, and more. Training locations may change based on organizational requirements.

Selection Process

  • All applications will be thoroughly evaluated based on the prescribed eligibility criteria and merit before shortlisting candidates.

  • Shortlisted candidates (in a ratio of 1:5) will be called for document verification.

  • The final merit list will be prepared after verification of documents and submission of medical and police verification certificates.
