Note: If SC/ST/EWS and OBC candidates do not qualify even after 5% relaxation in the entrance test, the seats will be de-reserved for General Category.


Eligibility Criteria

For General Candidates:

  • Must have passed Mathematics and Physics with at least 50% marks in each subject at 12th or equivalent level.
  • OR Diploma in Engineering recognized by a state technical education board (where Physics, Chemistry, and Maths are studied). A certificate from the applicable board/university is required.

For SC/ST/EWS/OBC Candidates:

  • Must have passed Mathematics and Physics with at least 45% marks in each subject at 12th or equivalent level.
  • OR Diploma in Engineering recognized by a state technical education board (where Physics, Chemistry, and Maths are studied). A certificate from the applicable board/university is required.

Additional Requirements:

  • Medical Examination: Candidates must clear a medical test for physical fitness and color blindness from an MBBS-qualified doctor.
  • Marital Status & Height: No restrictions.

Selection Process

1. Written Test

  • Date: 24th May 2025 (Saturday)
  • Mode: Online Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  • Syllabus: General English, Mathematics, Physics, Reasoning, and Current Affairs (Objective-type questions; no negative marking).
  • Qualifying Marks: SC/ST/EWS/OBC candidates will have a 5% relaxation from the general cutoff.

2. Interview/Viva

  • Only successful candidates in the written test will qualify for the interview/viva.
  • Shortlisted candidates will need to produce original documents at the time of the interview (starting 24th June 2025):
    • Date of Birth Proof
    • 10+2 Marksheet
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • EWS Certificate (if applicable)
    • Admit Card
