Pay Scale

The selected candidates will receive attractive salary packages:

• Scale II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960

• Scale III: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280

• Scale IV: ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940

Additionally, they will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), CCA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, Leave Fare Concession, Medical Aid, Retirement Benefits and other perks as per bank rules.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Applicants must be:

• A citizen of India, or

• A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or

• A Tibetan refugee who reached India before January 1, 1962, or

• A person of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit

The age limit varies depending on the post:

• Manager (Scale II): 23 – 31 years

• Senior Manager (Scale III): 25 – 33 years

• Chief Manager (Scale IV): 28 – 36 years

Age concessions are applicable as per the rules of the Government of India.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Each post requires specific qualifications and work experience. For example:

• IT Department:

  • Engineering/Technology Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics OR

  • Post Graduate in related fields OR

  • NIELIT ‘B’ Level Certification

  • Relevant certifications such as AWS, CCNP, CISSP, etc.

• Credit Department:

  • CA/MBA (Finance)/MMS in Finance/PGDBA/PGDBM with experience in Corporate Credit or RBI-approved rating agencies.

• Risk Management & IT Risk:

  • CA/CFA/Master’s in Statistics/Economics/Finance OR

  • B.E./B.Tech/MCA in IT with certifications like FRM/PRM/CRISC.

• Company Secretary & Chartered Accountants:

  • Membership in ICSI or ICAI with relevant post-qualification experience.

Selection Process

The bank may adopt any of the following selection methods:

1. Shortlisting of Applications + Interview

2. Written/Online Test + Interview

The online test will consist of:

(*Marks in English, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude are qualifying in nature.)

Candidates must score 40% (UR/EWS) or 35% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) to qualify.

If both Test & Interview are held, weightage will be 80:20 respectively.
