Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Development, or Nursing with 3 years’ experience in counseling/educating under National Health Programme.
  OR

• Postgraduate Degree in any of the above disciplines (experience not mandatory).

For PLHIV (Persons Living with HIV/AIDS):

• Graduate in any of the above disciplines with 1 year of experience in counseling/educating under National Health Programmes.

Desirable Qualification

• Experience under NACP (National AIDS and STD Control Programme) or similar community-based health programs.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office, internet usage, and email communication.
