📝 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the APPSC ASO LDCE 2025 must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Service Requirement:

    • Upper Division Clerks (UDCs) of District Ministerial Cadre with 6 years of regular service.

    • Senior Secretariat Assistants of Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Clerical Service Cadre with 6 years of regular service.

  • Performance Record: Minimum of 5 consecutive years of “Very Good” ACR/APAR grading.
