Eligibility Criteria & Selection Process:

1. Medical Officer (MBBS)

Eligibility:

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institute

  • Registered under Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council (APMC)

  • Must be a domicile of East Siang District

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years

Mode of Recruitment: Written test only. The topper will be selected for DEIC, and the second on merit for NCD.

2. Staff Nurse/Nursing Officer

Eligibility:

  • GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution

  • Registered under Arunachal Pradesh Nursing Council (APNC)

  • Must be a domicile of East Siang District

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years

Mode of Recruitment: Written test only. The topper will be selected for DEIC, and the rest as per merit for NCD and NPPC.

3. Audiologist and Speech Therapist

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a recognized university

  • Must be an Indian citizen

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years

Mode of Recruitment: Written test only.

4. Multi Rehabilitation Worker (NPHCE)

Eligibility:

  • 10+2 pass from a recognized institute

  • 1.5-year certificate course in Multi Rehabilitation Work from a recognized institute

  • Registered as a Rehabilitation Personnel under the Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992

  • Must be a domicile of East Siang District

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years

Mode of Recruitment: Written test only.

5. Dental Assistant

Eligibility:

  • Class X pass from a recognized board

  • Minimum two years experience in a dental clinic/hospital (mandatory)

  • Must be a domicile of East Siang District

  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
